So what happens if you set GlobalUserOffline in some other way? E.g. How did that work in IE9? I think that is when it started ignoring Work Offline but then offering to turn it back on which I imagine would be useless to you anyway? So, it looks to me (thanks for pointing this out) IE11 has just removed that One of our apps relies on Work Offline to work and write data to a local database and then sync when they're back online. Has Microsoft removed (or just moved) the ‘Work Offline” file menu option from IE11?
